This is how they brew coffee in Costa Rica!  While Costa Rica is one of the world’s top coffee producers, I couldn’t find a good strong cup anywhere on my 10 day trip!  Apparently they export most of the good stuff.  I guess that’s why they have socialized Heathcare.
